Specht & Sohne
I love Cartier watches, they just do it for me. But they're expensive. This is a great alternative.
This Specht & Sohne Santos homage is exactly what I wanted, with Cartier styling and that amazing green sunburst dial. It's powered by a Miyota 8215 automatic movement and the 37x47mm case is 316L stainless. The links are solid and the clasp is a milled butterfly affair, just like the Santos. There is no sapphire on the crown but the crystal is made of it.
Overall the watch has excellent build quality and is 150g heavy, so it even feels like quality. I love it. Another winner from Specht & Sohne!

Nice! I have their PRX homage and I love it, though it could use some improvements. I have my Santos the way, got the two tone one.
Tell me about the improvements they need to make on their PRX homage. I've thought about getting that one too.
The finishing could be better and the crown could be bigger and would prefer a better movement, but for the price I think it was worth it.
Did you get the auto or quartz model?
I would definetly build one if they sell the parts in Aliexpress l 😜🥳🍻
They only sell the blue and silver dials with no date.. bummer
I had heard of the Specht & Sohne name but hadnt really taken much notice until I saw the rather lovely watch @Pallet_Fork has. This made me skedaddle over to the website and was hugely impressed at the specs and designs. Obvious copies but nothing wrong with that. With many of the real iconic watches that I certainly could not afford, they do look amazing value for money. Its a dilemma now I have seen the Monaco and its on my wish list. Thanks Eric for adding another watch to muddy the waters of my next watch purchase !
They seem to be one of the better manufacturers over there, in terms of quality & value, and bonus that they have a decent name, right?
