Stunning watches

I’ve been very happily in a content with my watch collection, don’t need any more, space. Had some time to kill today and popped in to try on these stunners (also tried on the grey one but didn’t take a photo). The photos don’t do them justice, the dials are incredible, maybe the best I’ve seen. In fact my Seamaster 300 looked decidedly boring next to them. The watch is potentially a tad too big (or on the line), particularly with the long lugs. But man they are beautiful watches. Does anyone have one of these? What do you think?

The Longines Legend diver is indeed beautiful in person especially the bronze variant with green dial and no date. The bronze variant has been on my radar for a while.

But there are lot of shortcomings with the current models. The 42mm is quite large while the 36mm is too small and the lume is mediocre on these models for a dive watch.

The updated 39mm model is coming soon, with the all good changes. Better lume, no date, bracelet option and better proportions. That would be a better buy if you are interested in the future.

Thanks! I was thinking when I put it on that a 39mm would be about perfect. But man the dials are amazing.

I recently purchased the black PVD iteration fitted to a black rubber strap and coated clasp. I enjoy wearing black wanted something most Longines fellas might not consider. Extremely pleased with my decision.

They will be out soon, probably next month.

The fume dial variants are definitely beautiful.
