Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
First watch ever was probably a fossil watch in the 1990’s with an ice blue dial. Wore it for years.
First mechanical watch was the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto. Still own it and wear it
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
They all have connections and memories. Some more than others
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Take it slow. Appreciate watches from afar. Try on a watch or make sure there’s a killer return policy before buying if possible. Buy what you like. Outside of places like this (and watch thieves), people won’t notice your watch
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Monta, Christopher Ward, Lorier, Nivada Grenchen, Tudor, Grand Seiko, Omega, Erebus
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
As a daily, I already own it - a 3861 Speedy Pro. My ultimate grail is a gold Vacheron Constantin 222. I will probably never own it, but it’s sure nice to look at
