I thought about leaving it in the bank safe and bringing a less expensive watch with me on a trip to British Columbia. Really glad I didn’t. From swimming to hiking and climbing, loved looking down at my wrist and seeing this watch doing what it was meant to do.

Stunning watch with a similarly stunning view. Love to see watches being used. Wear it well.
Welcome to my hood! 😁 You don't have to worry about getting jacked for your watches in BC. Just watch out for the bears and coyotes 🤣Safe travels 👊🏽
Can’t believe you even thought of leaving it behind!
The Rolex Explorer II, it was not designed so you know if it’s day or night in your bank vault!!

Thanks. We had a blast. I was more worried about bashing it up than getting robbed. Actually, I think I saw more Rolexes on wrists than anywhere I’ve travelled!

@Orangehand Awesome to hear ya had a great time! Yeah we have a lot of satellite kids here in BC 😳
Do your normally keep your EXP2 in a bank safe? She’s no safe queen, shes made to be rode hard and never pit away, she wants those scars!
I’ve had mine for 8 months and she goes with me on every adventure I can take her on! Hell, she flew with me to LA this week, and thats terrifying enough 🤣

Good for you. Sounds like you’re enjoying your watch. Cheers.
Beautiful picture! I love when people actually use the Explorer to explore, how it used to be meant to be used as a tool watch, before Rolex turned to be a status symbol.
