The two moons and the dim stars are both the result of the tinted but transparent privacy panel or whatever you call the thing that creates the moon crescent shape. If it's opaque, you only see what shows through the cutout.

No I understand there's is a privacy panel I'm talking about the visible stars and I with that privacy panel was darker so you couldn't see the second moon
