Now What?

So, yeah. These are the watches this year…so far. (Yes, including the two I had to put in the body, below, because the post limit is 5…🤦🏼‍♂️)

Several were queued up late last year with delayed shipping and delivery.

Several had been on my radar and aided by an annual bonus.

Several were spontaneous. It really doesn’t feel quite as crazy as it must look.

Truth is, I feel pretty good about the collection. I really do like what I have. And nothing else seems to be in the queue.

I’m looking forward to a breather to enjoy them rather than seeking the next one.

You have a nice variety here. I say continue to enjoy it for what you have—something that I have to constantly remind myself to do.

I’m now at a point where I’m refraining from buying anymore watches until I save for a luxury piece.

I guess it’s pretty clear I don’t need luxury watches. I love and admire them but I just don’t need to own them. I’m happy with a pile of affordables.

Also, thank you. 🙏🏻

Wow, this is an incredibly well rounded collection!

I'll preface this by saying I don't think you "need" anything here at all. The only things I might recommend are: i) a dive watch (if you like them, of course, you seem to favor chronographs), and ii) a G-Shock Square, because everyone needs a GShock :-)

Well, I did say “this year.” This doesn’t include fourteen from last year…

Scurfa Treasure Seeker and Glycine Combat Sub cover divers (as well as Seiko SSK003 GMT and SPRD93 of the dive style.) Also a CasiOak, which turned out to be a fraud frankenwatch but at least it was free in the end (covered in another post several months back.) 😉
