For SEGA's 60th anniversary back in 2020, they released Go SEGA merch to celebrate. Part of that included a partnership with Seiko to produce 800 blue/white/silver watches and 400 black/blue/gold models. This is 400 out of 400!
Honestly, the watch doesn't feel like the best quality. It's not bad, but it's definitely more of a novelty. The box design and SEGA print on the band are nice touches though!
Overall, I think it's a cool mashup without looking tacky. Even some other Seiko collaborations are a bit much, but this is nice and subtle.
It reminds me a little of a Sonic the Hedgehog watch I had as a kid. That makes this one of my favs in my collection 😁

In its day, the Sega Genesis was hands down the best gaming console available, and I spent countless hours in my teens playing Golden Axe and Toejam & Earl. It would be cool to have that watch for the nostalgia if nothing else. Good times!
I'm a MASSIVE SEGA fan. Always will be. Shenmue, Jet Set Radio and Streets of Rage were my jam. Still the biggest Dreamcast fan on the planet lol
So cool!
That's so cool! Love it! Congrats 👍
