Not sure but a note on Breitling customer service, few years ago my brother bought a Breitling Avenger from the same AD we buy all our watches, and 2 months after he bought it he whacked the bezel, wouldn’t ratchet in place. His fault, admitted that to AD no problem ordered new bezel from Breitling. There was a delay in parts, 3 weeks, so Breitling told the AD have customer just pick out a new one you have in stock, on us. Amazing!
Hats were available by the truckloads used to see some of the nice Chinese seniors selling homegrown produce in Chinatown wearing them to keep the sun off their faces standing over their stalls on city sidewalks. I gave my caps away until I actually didn’t have one for myself. Last purchase from the HO received a new cap plus a few other things. I recall a coupon that you sent in to receive one. I was in my friend’s office before he lost the B agency looking for free crap. His right hand man offers me a box of Breitling logo CD holders haha!
As a famous man once said - 'They should have given you a free bowl of soup' as well 😜
Not a fan of Breitling but to only give you that hat is pretty disappointing.
Last Rolex I bought I got 2 pens, a penknife & a voucher for a Wolf winder. That wasn’t for a major purchase either.
Like with this Breitling hat and your swag from Rolex, ultimately we paid for it we just didn’t get to pick it out.
There was a time when Breitling included some serious merch with a watch purchase! Great cap! 🤙🎯
