I know this isn't strictly about a watch but has anyone had experience with the timex website customer service seems to be lacking and the email regarding my order is not looking great.
My only experience was asking for an operation manual for an obscure model of Timex Reef Gear and they came through and got me the pdf the next day.
Could you care to elaborate? What exactly is lacking and why are you concerned? If this is thread is supposed to be a hit piece then we need some more info. As unhelpful as this may be, I have found them pretty keen to help when they can.
I've just read bad reviews online about customer service and how wrong watches have been delivered just wanted to see if there was any truth to it.

I have used them before and there were no issues. A colleague of mine just bought a Q last week, and it arrived as described, so they are delivering.
