Hey everyone! 🕰️ I recently came across this gorgeous chronograph from Merkur Watches and I'm absolutely smitten! 💖 I don't know too much about the brand, but they seem to be legitimate with their own website and listings on AliExpress and eBay. Does anyone have any experience with Merkur or know more about them? I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially on the design of this particular model. I've attached a photo for reference. I have a Seagull 1963 from Merkur. Probably my favorite Chinese brand they focus on more rare homages vs the typical.
I have a Seizenn Dirty Dozen which is a subsidiary of Merkur.
Merkur is a smaller Chinese watch company, the build quality if pretty good and value is outstanding for $60 shipped.
I have had no issues with my hand wind Fanzhi M01X/M01D movement after a year.
Beautiful and super vintage!! I love it! I see Merkur on AliExpress. I've seen a few reviews on Merkur and they all seem pretty positive.

I've got my eye on this watch I've heard only one negative review about it and they say the lugs are a little too long so there's a noticeable amount of Gap from the case and the strap
I've been eying this one too. Love that red crown tube. Merkur seems to be a well respected budget brand. They produce a LOT of watches!

That's a very nice watch. I wish I can give you more info but with many of my watches I only use them 2 times a month max trying to give wrist time to all of them. Same reason I don't review my watches. What I can say Merkur have some very nice pilot watches without breaking the bank.

My 2,200 Hanhart
Personally I still love my Hanhart the movement is night and day from the Seagull movement. But if I'm on a budget I think the 250 watch would bring the same joy in my opinion hard to beat.
