My old school tag heuer formula one chronograph ca1212-1. 38mm from 1999 , and still in great condition. I actually hated these when they first came out, because of the plastic bezel. I thought it looked a bit cheap at the time. Tags were very popular in the 80s and 90s, highly desired , and this design has really grown on me over time. These still fetch a good price on the grey market, and the yellow faced ones can go for over £1500. That's probably about 3x the price of these new. On of the few quartz watches I own, but they still look great on the bracelet.

These are great little watches , I have one from this family from around 1995 which I wear occasionally, it was a gift from a good friend and has some sentimental value too.

I like the fact that they are unique with the plastic bezel. Defo a classic tag design !!!
My one was basically shot from years of wear , so I had it restored in 2014 new bezel and crystal and a service at the factory. I really haven't worn it much since , probably needs a battery by now🤣

I normally wear mine as a grab and go watch, as most of my collection is autos. I always enjoy wearing it , although at night I can't read the time because the lume is poor now.
