Well, Casio's got you covered with the A-700! There's a variant on a mesh with toned down colors on the dial that's actually quite "dressy". Haven't seen much content of the A-700 out there although TGV recently did a good video on YouTube. Great watch with an excellent backlight.

I like the A700, I use the module to go in a F91W. Nice little light upgrade.
