Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
My father was a watch collector at one point. And so, Out of no where, I got into the wrist watch community in YT and started to watch bunch of videos and eventually, I got into it.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
My father brought be this one knock off watch with a huge dial, That was the first watch that I ever owned.
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
I had a black swatch watch with slightly dark orange hands and hour markers. I'm still sad that I lost that watch, My mother got that for my father because some 20 years ago, My father had a fake Patek philippe watch that my mom used in the sauna to count how many hours she was in there. She lost that watch and they searched for it, Even the swimming halls reception ( that's where the sauna was ) asked on the announcer that there was a missing watch that they found, My mother was clueless. After 10 years, She remembered that she left that watch inside that sauna, And as an apology, She got that swatch watch for my father at the airport. I'm still pissed at myself for losing such a valuable thing.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Like what you where first, Everyone has their own unique tastes, We can gracefully and civically disagree with each other, Some people like dark roast coffee, Some people like light roast coffee, All and all, At the end of the day, We all love coffee, Just like we all love and like watches.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Victorinox, Citizen, And Almost Any PointTec watches, Swiss watch company and funny enough, Swatch.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
2 of them : Leica Watch ZM 11 with blue, red or the army camo green dial and the Omega constellation Globemaster with blue dial and blue strap
