Do we collect for our children aswell 🤔
Hi everyone I was just reading edge168n post about a watch abc book great I love it it was obviously about getting our children into the hobby from an early age,I've started from around two years trying them with a watch to see if they do or don't like the feel,don't make them wear them everyday it's just a testing period,when I can see there interested I get them a couple and they ask me to grab them one think it's cool and I know there copying me and feeding of my obsession 🙄but there's nothing wrong with learning to tell the time from early and looking cool while doing so,post your children's collection underneath make me feel better about it I know I'm not on my own 👌

My children have always just helped themselves to my collection. Fortunately I only a few valuable pieces that are locked away. But the others are fair game apparently 😳
Two of my grandsons are starting to like watches, I’ve just bought a first watch for one of them and the other grandson has a cool collection already, they are both less than 12 yrs old 👍🏻

That's the one my friend 👌funny because I got my grandad into watches and bought him one 🙄and ill start to call it an interest soon starting to calm down now taken a long time but I'm getting there 🤣
My daughter was doomed from the start. She already has the obligatory WRUW wrist flip down too 😂. And she LOVES showing people her "Wa-uchhh". She also loves randomly looking at her wrist, even when not wearing a watch, and shouting 5 minutes till baff. (Apparently our evening bathtime routine has stuck 😂)
She will also get excited when she sees me getting ready for a training ruck march. I sometimes shout out, 10 minutes till step time, at which point she will start running around asking "Wa-uch where are you?" or "Crocs, where are you?". 😊 since she knows she is about to go on a stroller ride. Also, pushing a stroller, under load, is surprisingly a heckuva workout FYI.

Too cute my friend 👌wasn't the watch enthusiast I am now when my daughter was younger so she missed out on the cute watches 16 now,can't go wrong with micky and mini 💯

I collect for myself. The kids have recently started borrowing from me, and as such, I encourage them to seek out what they like without influence from my likes and opinions.

I'm trying my friend I'm proud to say that I bought her first watch and she loves it,tried to offer grand seiko ladies quartz and she did like it but she's more than content with her seiko presage 👌

Great way to be my friend I try to encourage free thinking and to make there own minds up on things even if it's something I believe because I'm not always right ether all powerful daddy 😂🙄watches and being able to tell the times all good though, wouldn't like them to fall down the luxury rabbit hole though especially if not in there means 👌
