Maybe boring? But, I do like greys and blues for watch colors.
Always a pleasure to strap the Purist Airman back on my wrist. The visual hurt combination of the blued hands and anthracite grey dial works pretty well on this Lead Grey NATO strap which has a nice blue gray tone.

I pretty much only have black and grey dials. I would entertain a darker blue too if I saw something I liked. Bright colored dials are definitely not my thing. My favorite watch band color? Black...with black hardware!
I'm a black dial guy. I have only one blue dial watch and it's on a brown leather strap.
