Loresum LS04 Moonphase

Anyone ever back a Kickstarter funded micro brand? I've purchased a couple after they grew from their Kickstarter roots into their own established brand but on impulse I decided to back and purchase this automatic moonphase based out of the UK but manufactured in HK: LORESUM LS04 | 29.5-day True Moon phase watch, via @Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/pr...atch?ref=android_project_share Never owned a moonphase and the price for early backers is sub $700 with a modified Miyota powered moonphase in place of a date window. I dig the design and will see how the actual watch turns out, they say first backers will have watches shipped out in August. Decided to order the rose gold with aventurine dial.

It's sure an attractive watch, but I already have enough aventurine in my collection. You're bound to enjoy it when you've received it.

I've backed multiple times without issue *knock on wood *. The one thing to remember is there are no guarantees and timelines are purely indicative because stuff happens.

Christopher Ward needs to take note here.

I posted about this last week, and I backed it. This is my first Kickstarter watch, and like third Kickstarter ever. I think I'm going to go for the basic blue. And also went for the steel bracelet. I seriously don't need this, but something about it tugged at me.

The brand made me double take. Both the watch and the Name.

I thought I was looking at a CW / Arnold & Son, but this execution isn't too bad at all.

The name not so good, my first thought was "Lorem Ipsum" placeholder text.
