Gruen collapsed in 1958 and all of its assets, most importantly its name, were sold off. A 1960's Gruen will be plated base metal housing a middle tier Swiss movement. It can be pretty, but it will never be valuable or rare.
As a bit of Pepsi memorabilia it has another level of value. That is a good looking bottle cap in the old Pepsi style. It may have more "Pepsi value" than "Gruen value".
I always vote for repair and gentle restoration. It has made it this far. A service will buy it decades.
That is cool I would have it serviced, I love seeing old watches saved so future generations can enjoy them. With it serviced you pull it out and enjoy it from time to time in the manner it was meant to be, keeping time.
