Almost 17:30 here, time for a nice warming glass of port - which is about the same age as the watch :) Bought that watch circa 24 years ago, as my first ‘luxury watch’. The somewhat frowned upon concept of ‘fashion watch’ was not known to me then; but even if it had, wouldn’t have mattered - I like this quirky square Gant quartz chrono. Originally yes, but the brand was bought by a Swedish company. For their clothes at least. How they treated the brand name outside clothing I don’t know. GANT is still a widespread fashion brand for watches here in Sweden.
