Depends where you are based. Was told a few days ago (UK) that Omega have an Feb/ March price rise then another in Sept/ Oct.
The last few years discounts have been harder. AD or Boutique route might give different results. But if no discount, maybe push for a few service or strap.
Personally Sapphire as I like the applied logo and movement view.
I owned the sapphire sandwich and sold it. Bought the 3861 with hesalite and much prefer it. The white, milky reflection around the dial with the sapphire could not be unseen once it started bugging me. The Hesalite does not have that issue. Other Speedy owners feel differently. Try to see both in person before you decide. WatchMaxx offers discount, but my buying experience was not positive.

They are third party reseller and the watch arrived without ANY of the normally supplied cards. I expected the warranty card to be pulled as its gray market and only the WatchMaxx warranty applies but they also withheld the METAS cert card and the calendar car. Communication was horrible and they kept just giving me lip service about "locating the cards" Everything else about the watch was what you would expect with new.

Thanks, what’s the issue with buying experience?
