Is this Seiko Genuine?

I recently got  a Seiko SKX009J and was abit skeptical if the watch is genuine or it was maybe modified. The bezel had only 60 clicks and everywhere online was stated that it should have 120 clicks.

Does anyone have one and know the number of clicks.

Thank you

I'm not an SKX Expert but I don't see anything red flag.  Can you post a photo of the casebook?

I don't have it anymore as I returned it . Just trying to get someone that has the watch confirm the bezel clicks count

The original SKX was 120 but Seiko made plenty of parts that were 60 click and perfectly compatible with the SKX so I would be surprised if an ostensibly completely authentic SKX had a 60 click bezel.

Also, SKX bezels as I remember them were notoriously soft so you could easily miss a second click in between seconds.

I was thinking the same thing as I'm missing the second click but I was not it was 60 and the watch was sold as brand new with tags . So it could have been moded. Thank you for you comment I'm glad I returned it.

It could very well have been straight out of the factory with a 60 click bezel.  I remember hearing about some funky things happening with end of production line SKXs.

That said, the popularity of the SKX means that it's a surprisingly pirated and frankened watch, so perhaps it is all for the best.
