First analog chronograph

After working hard throughout the year, I received a bonus. I bought this Seiko Speedtimer SBDL095. Yes, I knew the date was placed randomly on the dial. It’s not so much of the placement, but how deep it goes into the dial. I needed to go spelunking or potholing to see the date. I know the date wheel is deep to go under the solar cells. In good light, it’s not an issue. In medium to low light, I will grab some rope, gloves, harness, helmet and headlamp. What watches with character do you wear in your collection?

Great watch, who cares about the date (unless its pay day) The pen looks interesting, a few pen guys on WC. Not exactly a wrist watch but my Acctim bedside clock on a sellotape stap.

Was thinking the exact same thing today...the date is hard to read. Love the watch though

Ok, I'm just gonna come out and say it.

It's a little small.

You still have movement on your wrist and I still see forearm. 🤣🤣🤣
