My guess is that they're real. Dummies tend to have the movement blocked, can't wind it or set it. If they have a movement at all. Dummies in the old days often had no movement, don't think that's the case now.
These all aren't set to 10:08.
If you'd go in, they'd probably tell you they're not for sale, display purposes only. And unless you have a history with Rolex, you can't get on the waitlist.
Screw that brand. Their boutiques and ADs either collaborate with grey market hucksters, or with people who buy these watches as a money laundering scheme. Not worth paying a penny to.
My AD has all the profetional models, and they are real. I have had them on my wrist and ticking. They are just not for sale, sadly. I am on the wait list though!
BB58s are pretty common in the AD cases in the Orlando-area. The Pelagos FXD and the chonograph are the only ones you are highly unlikely to see in-stock.

… I fear for your wallet, bank account, and spare kidneys… risk it all to sweep’em up. 😂 That said, probably dummy watches but you gotta let us know.
A) They forgot to display the ”For display only”
or
B) you found the holy grail

Chance to pick up your fav one!
Was in my rolex ad two days ago, the sample watches to try on have functional movements, was very surprised.

Real… but not for sale, until you complete this questionnaire and submit to interrogation.

The fake shell watches I’ve seen at Rolex boutiques were in perpetual 10:12 time.
