Question is: would you be interested in an Uber premium quartz diver if done right?
Doing some research I realised that GS had discontinued a very handsome 9F powered Quartz Diver.
For me, quartz and divers make so much sense. Thins the case and lightens what can big a "large" watch, dramatically - and in some instances, like the 9F module, its a fully sealed unit.
Thoughts?

I’d absolutely be in on that. This one is a stunner.
I would but depends on the price. The 9F is legendary. A cheaper alternative is the Swatch group precidrive movement that is +/- 10 seconds a year that puts it very close to the GS. I know Tissot and Certina (Hamilton I think) uses it in some watches and is high end quartz for me. My 20 year old Seamaster is quartz and I think is around 40ish seconds a year accuracy. It makes sense for a diver and something about high accuracy and engineered quartz appeals over a mechanical for me. If money no object a GS, but I do not have that cash alas. They are available pre order from.....

Sure would like to see more affordable but good spec quartz divers,
This is my latest purchase, not luxury but good specs and interesting

I nearly bought this. Does it wear quite small?

It looks fine on my 7.5inch wrist, I think it's 39mm
In a word: yes.
Not that I don't like my few mechanical watches - I'm wearing one now, in fact - but quartz just makes so much sense for daily work and life.
