Change dial

Anyone know where I can get a replacement or trade the dial on my Hamilton Jazzmaster Open Heart?  Swatch Group won’t do it and the local service centers won’t even respond.  I can do it myself but I can’t find where to get one.  Buy or trade.  I like the watch a lot and don’t want to get rid of it I just find the grey hard to read.
