That's a special VFA reference that has a case and bracelet that are made from a palladium alloy rather than stainless steel. An extremely well preserved example sold not that long ago for a little under a 100k USD.

I think these are from late 60's early 70's but I thought if it was VFA it had that designation on the dial. I could be wrong.
