Why did i take so long?...
After trying many different Seiko Silicon straps, then jumping onto the Artem bandwagon I have finally found the perfect strap for my SLA051.
The Original Tropic just looks period correct, when I cycle everyday it doesn't irritate my wrist or make the watch flop about, and i can just rinse it off and throw it back on without any nasty smells.
Anyone else found these are the perfect straps for divers and sports watches that are being used during sport?

I think the tropic strap looks great, for me I want with the waffle style strap. I think any strap, including NATO straps, look metal than the bracelet options.
Seiko Bracelets really suck, I think its the awful clasps that just look a huge cluttered mess.
I love the combination of tropical straps and dive watches. They look cool and the original tropic fits so good.

It really does, now it feels how it should have left the factory and is fit for purpose.
