Recently I visited London for a wine tasting and to have a browse around some watch stores in Bond Street. While I was there, two watches in the £7000 range stood out to me. These were the Breitling B01 Chronomat and the IWC Pilot Chrono (new 41mm version). I absolutely loved the green editions of the dials and thought for their price, you get a hell of a good watch. I’d say the Breitling just about wins for me, what do you think?

I’d say the new green Navitimer is one of breitlings best and kind of the best green dial watch under 7000 pounds because in RL that dial just jumps at you
The added functionality and slimmer bezel of the IWC win out for me.
I really love Breitling in general, but the Chronomat never really appealed to me, but I've never seen one in person. I've always been a fan of pilot watches in general, and I really love the look of IWC in general, so my vote goes for IWC.
I have owned models from both brands, it really comes down to personal preferences but I am reminded that the 80s Chronomats were my first daily watches after my failed vintage experiment and brief flirtation with Rolex. Green is striking but I have my mind set on the Chronomat BO1 Blue dial black zones, “Blackeye” iteration.
