Keeping the vintage vibe going for Timex Tuesday with this marbled dial, date only complication. I'll skip sharing a blurb about the history of the Timex Watch Company with today's WRUW as many others have already done a much better job of it. The humble movements in many of these made them affordable as the working man's watch but this one is keeping time 'reasonably' well for a mid-century watch at +21 per day. The alternate photo is a few other watches from my Timex box.
Mindblown
Sweet dial, and nice collection there my friend 🍻
Mindblown
I edited this WRUW to add a few more. Check out the rotary phone dial at the upper right with the date complication inside the 3 o'clock hour marker. Smooth!

Thanks T!
For awhile there I had myself convinced that a bunch of "affordable" watches was a better bargain than a single more expensive one but now I've (mostly) returned to saving up for more premium options.
I guess I'm finally accepting that I only have two wrists.
Excellent, my friend!
