I use Everest and love the build and quality. Sliding each watch in and out of its sleeve is convenient / better than some of the alternatives.
Socks are the best to travel with them. watch folds look too much like wallets.
For travel I have a case that is sturdy but soft on the inside. Rolls make me a little nervous because of the lower level of protection.

I use these cases when I'm traveling. This is the most I will travel with watch wise. Taking some field notes for reviews I'm gonna do on vacay.
Prometheus Design Werx two watch case. Enough for protection, foam inserts, but still soft.
Watch pod from Amazon. Good price, fits larger digital. They make great stands too for bracelet watches.
