Rolex and it's poor brother " Tudor "

I find nothing exciting or interesting about both of these watch brands..I know I may be on the outer. But it's just my opinion and I knows it's probably wrong. But to me it's just a name .

Vs. dumping on what you do not like at the risk of isolating others who may like them, what is it you enjoy and why? Bonus points for photos.

I personally don't like many rolex watches and only about half of the tudor range, but I can usually find at least one watch from a brand that I like, even hublot. It's probably easier to list the watches/brands you do like rather than the ones you don't and this also gives less known brands the attention they deserve.

I like a watch with some individuality. I refrain from the usual and like something shows what a watch can be.

I realise I'm a novice and no bugger all, but I news something to speak to me instead of our me to sleep. Regardless of the name

Did you try them? (I am not saying that you are wrong, I just would like to know your experience)

There is plenty of individuality to be had from any watch, it is the wearer not that watch that determines that. Back to the question, what specific watches do you enjoy and why?

Not exactly addressing the OP but my journey over tha past decade saw me own many watches. I've gone through:

3 7Fridays

3 Omegas

4 Tags

2 Seiko

3 Rolex

1 RW

1 TW Steel

1 Pagani

Many fashion brands

I now own only 2 watches. A Rolex Submariner no date (which is the bomb, and my daily) and a GShock for my jogging. For me. That's enough. The point is I experienced al lot of watches before deciding I only need a stellar 'one and done' (daily).

Okay.

You're not wrong as it's your opinion. Watch buyers in general would appear to disagree as both sell extremely well.

I hear that and I don't begrudge anyone liking or owning them, they just don't float my boat.

For watch enthusiasts, there is a respect and admiration for Rolex & Tudor ( History, Build Quality, innovation, design) but for the non watch enthusiasts Rolex & Tudor is just a status symbol (£££££ round the wrist, look how successful I am) which I'm not a fan of.

I'm a fan of both Rolex/Tudor and have both brands in my collection. Tudors are high quality watches and great bang for buck. It's all about personal preferences. What brands do you like?
