My first attempt at a real MTB ride since my cancer diagnosis. OMG I’m in bad shape 🥵 With me was my rarely worn GW7900. A burly monstrosity that handled the bumps and my sweat with ease.

That’s the plan Ryan. A painful plan, but still a plan 😁

Just do what you can Bill. Every little bit helps. 😃 I was diagnosed about a year ago and had two operations over the summer. So far, doing well and cancer free.

You are getting back in the saddle my friend! 💪

Hope your ride made your day special 👍

That’s great to hear James. Awesome news. I was recently declared to be in remission. Here’s to both of us and great years ahead 🍻

Thanks Tony. It was really a lovely thing to be out like that again. Hope you are doing well my friend 🙏

Didn’t know about the cancer. Glad to hear you’re out and able to do so. A perfect GShock to have with ya. Kind of blurry there in the background but that sure looks like a SantaCruz yellow. Is it the Chameleon?

Good on you! F*ck cancer. Kick its ass!

Spot on man. Chameleon! Good eyes. Really fun bike.

Yeah I had/have Colon Cancer. Only brought it up here once when I bought my IWC to celebrate being “likely” clear. Just been rolling with the punches 👊 Thanks Conrad 🍻

Definitely my friend! They took skin and a vein out of my left arm so I couldn't wear a watch for 9 months. It was terrible! LOL

Meant to say I happy to hear you are in remission. I apologize for the omission.

That’s why god gave us a spare wrist my friend. Glad you are doing well…and I knew you meant that to me too. Not omitted. Thanks James 🙏

Looking good Bill!

Getting back on those trails can be gasping but you got this.

30 mins twice a week and you’ll be stump jumping in no time! 👊🏼

It’s now the next morning and I am so sore 😂 But very much worth it. Happy Friday to you.
