Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I currently own two working watches, so I don’t know if it’s fair to call me a collector (yet). I decided to pick up new Hamilton Khaki Field Automatic a few weeks ago. This acquisition sent me headlong down a tool watch rabbit hole.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
Probably some hideous Swatch in the late ‘80s.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Seiko, Seiko, and Seiko. I’d like to try on a Vaer A5 Design White, but I’ve mostly been fawning over Seiko Divers and perhaps some old field watches.
