I'm interested in buying a Citizen AQ4091-56M. I just have 1 question though. Where do you send a Citizen for service and how much does it usually cost? Do they refinish the case/bracelet and replace broken parts as Omega/Rolex/Tudor does?
I did look up the Citizen website and searched for servicing details. But all I could find is an address. No mention of what is done at the service, how it is done, time frame, cost, etc.

Use the contact info from the website and contact Citizen directly.
You'll get a definitive answer as opposed to anecdotal info from forum members.
You can take it back to the Citizen retailer you bought it from and they will send it to Citizen, or you can send it to Citizen directly (they have a pretty straightforward process… send it in with what you think it needs, they contact you with an estimate, then perform the work after your approval.
Third option is find a local watchmaker that can work on them. I explored the first two options and am dropping my Citizen off today at a local watchmaker. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Thanks guys. Just wondering if anyone had first hand experience. I wonder if Citizen refinishes the cases/bracelets as well.
