Just a little question,

I’m not here to stir. Or provoke. I’m just wondering Is it right to call a digital watch or a digital-Ana a chronograph if it has a stopwatch? Even as...

Just for fun - clocks

Do you like clocks? Or are they redundant in your view. (Resources are time money space or any limiting factor. No shaming here)

I like what I like. Mostly Casio. But also Rado, and Wenger. And seiko. That’s pretty much my name collection. I have some others I like. One I kind of regret buying - not because of YouTube. It was a jewellers brand. Now it doesn’t work. I might see if I can teach myself how to fix it.

But I don’t mind watching opinions on watches. I know most of them are worthless, but an articulate reasoned review counts a bit. Even from someone selling. I’m probably never going to own a Rolex or a tag or a breitling. But that’s ok. I can watch them on YouTube.

True enough. I am, as usual, overthinking.

That’s it. What I like is that all watches are treated the same. Problems are issues to be fixed. There’s no hierarchy. But Rolex movements are beautiful for example. Omegas are very tidy. That’s just my observation.

I’m glad I don’t drink because I’m certain I’d take a mechanical watch apart with a couple in me.

Of course, taking them apart is easy.

I like mad watch collector and urban gentry. Time teller is good.

My favourite channel at the moment is the guy who fixes watches. Just incredible. Makes it look easy and has some really great pieces on.

That makes sense. Thank you.

It would depend. My instinct would be no 4. But you never know what grabs your eye.

I love rose gold myself.
