Vostok quality
What are peoples experiences with the quality of vostok watchs, obviously being So cheap the attenion to detail won’t be as good.

While QA is sometimes an issue, the "rough around the edges", old Soviet aesthetic is part of the charm.

Plus, they're built like a Soviet tractor, hard wearing, and if your one does stop working for whatever reason a 25min investment of time on YouTube is usually all it will cost to find a fix.

That said, the Amphibia is a legit dive watch that has stood the test of time (60 odd years at this point). They are, quite literally a piece of engineering innovation born out of the necessity of the cold war.

Finally the price is such that you can give Vostok a try without breaking the bank, or like me, buy one for $60 and then spend $160 modding it!

I’ve had a few Vostok watches, pretty much underwhelming but then I paid under £50 for them
then I snagged this and it’s +2 seconds a day I paid £90 for it and it’s definitely worth that
