Help: Date Problem

I have read the manual, re-read the manual, and have scoured YouTube and have yet to find a reason as to why my date is ALWAYS wrong.

After the very complicated process of setting this watch, the date goes rogue after a few hours.

Does anyone know what is the cause, and how to fix it? I think there might be a battery issue but that’s unconfirmed.

Thanks in advance!

Wish I knew. Perhaps you didn’t account for leap year?

Only thing that comes to mind, if the watch works properly

Sorry to hear the issues that you’re having with the watch. I technically own the same model myself but I haven’t had any bad experiences with the date wheel if I’m not mistaken, I think the date wheel is always correct. When I pick up my watch, don’t mean to pour salt in the wound, maybe it’s time to send an email to Citizen to see if they can come up with a solution

I am glad to hear that yours is running well! Gives me hope that it’s not a model issue, and I have confidence Citizen will provide adequate guidance. I agree, I think it’s time to reach out.

The work runs very smoothly otherwise. The accuracy in time keeping is outstanding, as expected for a radio controlled function.

However, I wouldnt think that the leap year would offset the days by two weeks.

I think it’s time to ask Citizen.

Maybe the hands were set after midnight when the watch was made or serviced..

Either that a gear tooth broke and is slipping..my skx does the same thing after my sister changed the date in the danger zone

I have these two videos in my watch history. One or both of them helped me set mine.
