Can we live by bread alone?
A yeasty, doughy warm aroma settles in my kitchen as my Cuisinart bakes a gastronomically-svelte loaf of walnut wheat. A strange but fitting accompaniment, my $46 Forsining lies ticking with zeal…seemingly anticipating a warm ham and cheese sandwich which will be made and served alongside a dollop of deviled egg potato salad. This is to be my lunch…and my Forsining is welcome to come along.
Can we live by bread alone, or is the company of a little colby jack, mayo, deli ham and a fun watch necessary to complete our relaxing Saturday lunch?
