Hey good people! I am looking for a GMT to add to my collection. Something up to 500-600 USD. Automatic movement preferably. What would you guys suggest ? What do you have in your collections ?
I have a cheap Duxot quartz GMT, but I wouldn't recommend it. I would look for anything with the new Seiko GMT automatic movement in it. There are several that have come out recently or get the Seiko itself since it's around $550 or so.
I would say the same as @nightfury95 above. I assume you know that there are both traveller / flyers and caller / office GMTs, so they are not the same (and are different price points). Note that the SSK is a caller GMT. I think (not sure) the Nodus is a traveller GMT, but the Seiko is obviously a lot easier to move on than the Nodus. Another one that has just been released (but slightly above the $range you specified) is the Bulova GMT , which appears to be great value for a traveller GMT.

$599 at Ashford. Fully lumed dial and SW330.
Seiko5 SSK001... that's the best option out there at that price point.
Or you can check out Nodus sector GMT.
Check out the plethora of watches that micro brands have been releasing containing the new Seiko GMT movements. There are some cool ones.

Look at the Seiko 5 SSK range of GMT’s. MSRP is $475 usd, but you can find deals a plenty. Great watch for the price.
Thanks guys, will check all the options you mentioned
