I used to have that Oris and also tried on the Longines Spirit 37 mm. The Oris wore much better the Longines had weirdly long lugs in my opinion.

Oris is not in the same league as Longines, despite what they aspire to be.
Longines' MSRPs are usually an accurate reflection of quality.
Oris' MSRPs are a joke.
Just based on photos the Longines seems more if a looker but I think I'd need to have to check to them out in person to make any decisions.
