Flawed because of wear and tear, or flawed because the design and construction disappoint you?

Flawed because of the construction, the bracelet on the larger model (20mm)kinks in on itself from the top link under the lug & gets stuck frequently so you have to take the watch off wrist to replace it, the bezel is also misaligned & there are specs of debris on the dial 🙃
