Moonswatch Neptune dye issue...

I happened to be searching YouTube for more recent individual reviews/impressions of the Moonswatch, but now there have been a couple where it seems that the blue Neptune version (the one I wanted to get) is leaving blue marks on people's skin! 

Whether this is just initial residue or a longer lasting problem with this variant I don't know. So far it seems to be an issue with the blue, the green Earth variant seems ok. Don't know about other significant colours like the red Mars?
