Upside-Down TAG Heuers 🤔Is It a Thing? 🤷🏾♂️
Today, strolling through the streets of Bremen with @twohandswatch we stumbled upon the display window of a renowned jewelry store. To our astonishment, a TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph was exhibited upside down 🙃yet its crown was positioned to the right, mirroring the other watches in the showcase. Captivated, we snapped a photo 📸 speculating that the individual responsible for arranging the display might have overlooked the unique configuration of this model—with the crown on the left and the two pushers on the right—a detail we ourselves were unaware of. 😲💡
To our further surprise, as we immersed ourselves in David Leitch's latest film "The Fall Guy" 🎥 we were greeted with what we perceived to be a significant cinematic mishap: Ryan Gosling's character, Colt Seavers, sported a TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph 39mm Glassbox, also displayed upside down 🙃in multiple action scenes. Fortunately, the wrist shot lasting under one second was impeccably executed. 🎬⌚️
Reflecting on the unlikely occurrence of encountering two inverted TAG Heuers in a single day, we find ourselves compelled to seek an explanation. Could it be mere chance, exposing two instances of negligent placement, or might there be an unknown trend or peculiarity associated with this esteemed brand? If you look at the scene in The Fall Guy, the pushers and crown are correct, what is turned is the dial, I believe for advertising reasons, and I do believe that the jewelry store employee assumed that the crown of the watches goes to the left. 😂😂😂😂

That was my guess two!!! By the way, disclaimer: I retouched the second picture since I couldn’t find a picture of the watch worn incorrectly in the internet.
