STRAP SWAP: I went from the gunmetal bracelet to this lovely dark brown benchmark basics full grain leather strap. I think it goes QUITE well... Thoughts?

I think that's a good color of brown relative to the tone of the case, and in combination with the smoother finish it could help you wear the watch in somewhat dressier situations. Looks like it should last you a while too, good choice!
I personally would probably do the bracelet more often, as I've veered from mostly-straps to loving the simplicity of a matching metal material. If I did leather I might also consider a fine-surfaced suede, minimal-to-no-stitching, in a lighter color that works to accentuate those markers. Maybe a taupe or a silvery/sandy color? I've just come to appreciate how that material can shift from tool-y to elegantly relaxed as needed.
