JDM Opposite World?
I am still not sure why the rest of the world cannot get a JDM watch? I am wondering though, does the JDM market not get watch styles that are destined for North America or Europe? It seems to be mostly dial colors as opposed to functions or finishing.
I would assume that we all like the same styling and functions globally, so am curious about why everything is fragmented and segregated?

I've thought of that question as well. Maybe part of it is just national pride. These are some of the most storied watch brands that produce so many variants and manufacture so many watches, that it seems like they would have the flexibility of saying "the rest of the world can have all these, but these are for US." And they can take pride in that fact.
