Considering a winter-themed watch.

So, I am looking for a good winter-themed watch and two big contenders are these Seikos. WR, crystal, and cuff considerations don’t matter, here. I’m feeling a little torn.

I like the dial on the Frost mini-turtle, but I wonder if the reflective handset and hour marker surrounds will white-out it the dial when it’s snowing. I really like the frosted water look of the dial and that it’s day-date (which for me is a feature I really like to have), but it’s not as winter-y as the frost dial and idk how easy the bezel is to operate with winter gloves on.

Experiences of Frost owners is much appreciated.

Cosmetics vs practicality. Ugh, it’s hard to decide! Want to read your thoughts below. And I can only justify buying one.

I think you would be over the moon with the Willard 'save the ocean' you can find for ~$900 👍

I get lots of complements on this watch and at 43mm it fits every wrist.

Here is a pic from a snowy hike. Visibility isn’t a concern in snowy conditions
