Is it two words like “micro rotor”, or is it one word like “microtor”? I keep hearing it different ways on watch YouTube. Theo & Harris’s Christian Zeron insists that it’s microtor, but others use two words.

"Microtor" was (is?) a trademark by Universal Genève, so I guess it's said like this when talking about UG movements and "micro rotor" when referring to other manufacturers or the design in general.
