My ZELOS is BAAACK BABYYYY!!!
So, it's been several months since my watch broke. To be fair, I hadn't sent it off earlier because I didn't make the time or have the money to spend on shipping for the watch 😆 Im writing this to potential future buyers that Elshaan was fantastic and got my watch fixed in 2 weeks on it arriving at the factory. A friend of a friend was actually going to Singapore and took my watch with him and brought it to the factory. Honestly, so grateful for my friend of a friend but also that Elshaan fixed it free of charge, even tho the drop wasn't covered under warranty. So happy that this beautiful time-piece is back on my wrist and I can't wait to purchase more Zelos watches if I'm so lucky again! Also, I got this cool little watch case hahaha

Right on! You have a real stunner there! I've dealt with Elshan and he's the real deal on customer service and stands behind his brand. Glad to hear a fellow watch enthusiast has the same thing to say. I own 6 Zelos watches and love every one of them.

Zelos is my favorite microbrand, and I currently have 5 in my collection, each with what I consider to be gorgeous and somewhat unusual dials, just like that purple. I can't comment on the customer service, since I've never had any issues. I've never heard anything negative about them, but have heard of many positive experiences.
