Posting pics of your watches online - risky?

Hey Everyone,

Not sure if this has been asked before or if others feel the same way …

I often see many people post pictures of their higher priced watches on online Facebook forums and always say to myself, “I wouldn’t do that, a quick click on your profile pic will usually show the town where you live. A simple online search will often give your address.” My concern is that people with bad intentions can then target you for a burglary.

Anyone have the same concern, or am I just a paranoid native New Yorker?

🤔
