Just found my first watch circa 2010 highschool graduation gift from my mom a fossil chronograph. Crazy to see that this was the watch that started me in this hobby, it’s been a great 15 years. Very curious at how everyone got into this hobby and what was the first watch for you? Cheers watch crunch fam!

I don't have my first watch, which was when I was more or less 8 years old, it was the one from my first communion and like any kid I broke them to pieces because I wasn't aware of what one was carrying, it was a Kienzle type Field watch small seconds, on the other hand my first more serious brand watch and automatic than an Omega Speedmaster Reduced that I had since 1999 and sold in 2022
Now that's an upgrade if I've ever seen one
