Hey Crunchers, what are ur reviews about San Martin watches? Is it worth getting?

I know San Martin's have a mixed review world wide. I wanna know what u guys think. Most of their watches are homages to popular watches but they got some original designs too. I am thinking of getting one in the upcoming AliExpress sale.

Also people who own San Martin's, do give me ur reviews about ur timepiece.

I think they are tops. In the world of value proposition / homage watches they are unrivaled. Great build quality, reliable Seiko movements, if you're into homage watches there's nothing not to like. Definitely wait for an Ali sale and then try one out, low risk, high chance of reward.

Unlike @PlayboyHeafner , I had a great experience.

Ordered my SN006GB-V2 from watchdives.com, had great communication, shipping was fast and the watch arrived well packed and perfect.

I LOVE my San Martin. The finishing is top notch, sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, Seiko movement, milled, adjustable clasp and applied logos and indexes give it a much more expensive look than the $239 I paid for it. It has a better than average power reserve and looks like a million bucks. I had weighed it against the Orient, but the San Martin won on the spec sheet and it has delivered.

Good luck on your search!

I have their homage the Seiko Tuna in bronze, earlier I'd bought a Steeldive S/S version.

On my timegrapher the San Martin is within two seconds a day in the face up position, whilst the Steeldive is 30 seconds. Both have Seiko movements, only difference is the San Martin has a date comication, as well as the day. Bought mine with a strap, nice touch is that this has a bronze buckle. But, I changed it to leather.

The lume is better than the Steeldive and lasts ages.
